01 Institution profile

新莆京app电子游戏是浙江省重点建设高校，是浙江省人民政府、国家中医药管理局、国家教育部共建高校。新莆京app电子游戏坐落于历史文化名城杭州市，现有滨文校区和富春校区。新莆京app电子游戏创办于1997年，经过20余年的建设，学院已经形成了清晰的学科方向和鲜明的学科特色，其中护理学专业为浙江省高校重点学科、浙江省一流学科。近5年，在软科中国大学护理学专业最新排名中，我校护理学位于全国高校护理学第21-23位（全国中医院校第二，省属高校第一），年度最新中国科教学科专业排名中，护理学专业位居全国（15/272-3/289）。

目前新莆京app电子游戏拥有护理学和助产学两个专业，建有康养产业学院。目前已形成了本科、硕士、博士完整的高级护理人才培养体系，旨在为社会培养具有全球视野和社会责任感、跨文化交流能力强的顶尖复合型护理人才，历届毕业生就业率达99％以上，已成为浙江省培养高级护理人才的主要基地。同时，与突尼斯中央大学合作培养护理学硕士研究生，助力“一带一路”国家健康事业的发展。

Zhejiang Chinese Medical University is one of the key universities in Zhejiang Province, co-built by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Ministry of Education. Located in the famous historical and cultural city of Hangzhou, the university has Binwen Campus and Fuchun Campus. The School of Nursing of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University was founded in 1997. After more than 20 years of construction, The School of Nursing has formed a clear discipline direction and distinct discipline characteristics, among which nursing is the key discipline of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province and the first-class discipline in Zhejiang Province.In recent 5 years, the latest ranking of nursing majors of Soft Science Chinese universities is 21-23 among the national colleges (ranks 2rd in the national College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 1st in the Zhejiang provincial university).According to the latest annual ranking of Science and Education Disciplines, the major nursing ranks  15/272-3/289 in China.

Currently, the School of Nursing has two majors: nursing and midwifery. The School of Health Care Industry founded in 2022. At present, it has formed a complete training system of senior nursing talents with bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree, aiming at cultivating top compound nursing talents with global vision, social responsibility and cross-cultural communication ability for the society. The employment rate of graduates has reached more than 99%, and it has become the main base of training senior nursing talents in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, it cooperates with Tunis Central University to train master's degree students in nursing, helping the development of health undertakings in “The Belt and Road Initiative”countries.

中西医结合护理、健康管理、母婴护理、老年医学、康复医学、急危重症护理、精神心理健康护理学、护理信息学、康复医学与理疗学和慢病管理等与学院主要学科相近相关专业。

Integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing, health management, maternal and infant nursing, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation medicine, acute and critical care, mental health nursing, nursing informatics, rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy and chronic disease management and other majors are related to the main disciplines.

①（A类）远志名师

A1：享有国内外很高的学术声望和学术影响力，能引领学科突破性发展，为国家科技进步取得创造性成就和做出重大贡献的顶尖人才；

A2：具有深厚的学术造诣和卓越的学术领导能力，能领衔创新团队开展重大创新性工作，承担本领域重大课题攻关任务，取得国内外同行公认的重要学术成就的领军人才，达到或接近国家级领军人才相应学术水平的专家学者；

A3：在国内外学术界具有一定影响力，能组织创新团队攻克学术技术难关，取得国内外同行认可的标志性成果中青年领军人才，达到或接近国家级青年人才相应学术水平专家学者。

薪酬待遇：基础年薪≥70-90万元+教学科研奖励，一人一议。

购房补贴：≥300-500万元。

科研启动经费：≥300-500万元（自然科学）；≥60-70万元（人文社科）。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

（A）ZCMU “Yuanzhi” Chief Professor

A1：Top talents who enjoy high academic reputation and influence at home and abroad, can lead the breakthrough development of the discipline, make creative achievements and make significant contributions to the national scientific and technological progress;

A2：Leading talents with profound academic attainments and outstanding academic leadership, who are able to lead the innovation team to carry out major innovative work, undertake major research tasks in the field, achieve important academic achievements recognized by domestic and foreign counterparts, experts and scholars who have reached or approached the corresponding academic level of national leading talents;

A3：Have a certain influence in the academic circles at home and abroad, can organize the innovation team to overcome the difficulties in academic technology, to achieve the domestic and foreign peer recognized landmark achievements young and middle-aged leading talents, to reach or close to the corresponding academic level of national young talents experts and scholars.

Remuneration:Basic annual salary≥700,000 RMB~900,000 RMB with teaching and research awards.Negotiable according to actual demand.

②（B类）远志学者

B1：在本学科领域内研究水平已经达到行业领先水平，具备较强的创新能力和团队协作精神，取得省内外同行认可的高水平创新性成果的后备领军人才，达到或接近省级领军人才相应学术水平的专家学者。

B2：在本学科领域内取得一定的研究成果，具备较强的创新能力和团队协作精神，取得省内外同行认可的业绩成果的卓越人才，达到或接近省级青年人才相应学术水平的专家学者。

B3：具有博士学位或高级专业技术职务，学术造诣深厚，成果丰硕，具有成为领军人才潜质。

薪酬待遇：特岗津贴≥120万+常规薪酬+教学科研奖励，一人一议.

购房补贴：≥100-200万.

科研启动经费：≥120-200万（自然科学）；≥30-50万元（人文社科）.

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

（B）ZCMU“Yuanzhi”Prominent Scholar

B1：Reserve leading talents whose research level in the discipline has reached the industry-leading level, who have strong innovation ability and teamwork spirit, and who have obtained high-level innovative achievements recognized by peers inside and outside the province, and who have reached or approached the corresponding academic level of provincial leading talents；

B2：Experts and scholars who have achieved certain research achievements in their field, have strong innovation ability and teamwork spirit, have achieved achievements recognized by peers in and outside the province, and have reached or approached the corresponding academic level of provincial young talents；

B3：Have a doctor's degree or senior professional and technical position, profound academic attainments, fruitful results, have the potential to become a leading talent.

③（C类）远志杰青

具有博士学位或高级专业技术职务，年龄一般不超过40周岁，主持多项国家级科研项目，在权威期刊发表学术论文，取得标志性成果和奖项，具有较好的学术声誉和地位。

薪酬待遇：特岗津贴10万/年+常规薪酬+教学科研奖励，一人一议。

购房补贴：≥90万。

科研启动经费：≥80万（自然科学）；≥25万元（人文社科）。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

（C）ZCMU “Yuanzhi” Outstanding Young Faculty

Applicants should have a doctor's degree or senior professional and technical position, be under the age of 40, lead a number of national scientific research projects, publish academic papers in authoritative journals, obtain landmark achievements and awards, and have a good academic reputation and status.

Remuneration:Special post allowance≥100,000 RMB with regular salary,teaching and research reward.Negotiable according to actual demand.

House purchase subsidy:≥900,000RMB.

Start-up fund:≥800,000RMB(Natural Science);≥250,000RMB(Humanities and Social Science).

Office and laboratory space:Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.

④（D类）远志优青

具有博士学位或高级专业技术职务，年龄一般不超过35周岁，承担多项国家和地方科研项目，在一流期刊发表学术论文，取得有较大影响的研究成果。

薪酬待遇：特岗津贴8万/年+常规薪酬+教学科研奖励，一人一议。

购房补贴：≥80万。

科研启动经费：≥50万（自然科学）；≥20万元（人文社科）。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

（D）ZCMU “Yuanzhi” Excellent Young Faculty

Applicants should have a doctor's degree or senior professional and technical position, be under the age of 35, undertake a number of national and local scientific research projects, publish academic papers in first-class journals, and obtain research results of great influence.

Remuneration:Special post allowance≥80,000 RMB with regular salary,teaching and research reward.Negotiable according to actual demand.

House purchase subsidy:≥800,000 RMB.

Start-up fund:≥500,000 RMB(Natural Science);≥200,000RMB(Humanities and Social Science).

⑤（E类）远志优博

35周岁以下全职教师，即将或已经获得护理学或医学相关专业的博士学位。

薪酬待遇：提供有竞争力的薪酬。

购房补贴：40万-80万。

科研启动经费：5万-20万。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

（E）ZCMU “Yuanzhi”Excellent Young Doctor

Full-time teacher under 35 years old will receive or have received a PhD in nursing or medical related field.

Remuneration:We will provide competitive salary.Negotiable according to actual demand.

House purchase subsidy:400,000 RMB~800,000 RMB.

Start-up fund:50,000 RMB~200,000 RMB.

Office and laboratory space:Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.

⑥专职科研人员

母婴与儿童护理、成人护理、老年护理、健康与慢病管理、护理信息、急危重症护理、中医护理、精神心理健康护理和护理人文社会学等相关专业。具有博士学位，年龄一般不超过35周岁，发表较大影响力的学术论文，取得高质量的研究成果。

薪酬待遇：提供有竞争力的薪酬。

购房补贴：40万-80万。

科研启动经费：5万-20万(根据应聘者的研究基础和需求商议)。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

Full-Time Scientific Researcher

Applicants should have graduated from maternal and child nursing, adult nursing, geriatric nursing, Health and chronic disease management, nursing information, acute and critical care, traditional Chinese medicine nursing, mental health nursing, nursing humanities and sociology and other related majors. Doctoral degree, under 35 years old, and have published influential academic papers and achieved high quality research results.

Remuneration: We will provide competitive salary.Negotiable according to actual demand.

House purchase subsidy:400,000 RMB~800,000 RMB.

Start-up fund:50,000 RMB~200,000 RMB(According to the applicants’ research basis and needs).

Office and laboratory space:Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.

⑦全职博士后

具有博士学位，且获学位时间一般不超过3年。年龄不超过35周岁，全脱产从事博士后研究工作。

薪酬待遇：年薪（含五险一金）≥ 28 万元/年（税前），在站期间参照在编教师管理。

住房资源：可申请入驻新莆京app电子游戏教师公寓。

启动经费：根据项目需求与学院协商，一人一议。

办公实验空间：提供良好的办公环境和实验空间。

Full-Time Postdoctoral Fellow

The applicant should have got a doctor's degree within 3 years,under 35 years old and can work full-time in Post-doctoral research.

Remuneration: Annual salary (including five social insurance and one financial fund)≥ 280,000 RMB/year (before tax).

House purchase subsidy:Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with temporary apartments provided. 

Start-up fund:Negotiable with the School of Nursing according to the project needs.

Office and laboratory space:Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.
